A Head Teacher at NWCC is responsible for caring for the children in their classroom. Classrooms range from Infants to School-Age and preferences can be discussed at interview. A Head Teacher is responsible for creating engaging lessons plans, communicating with families, and following state and local childcare guidelines. Pay is based off of education and experience.
